I recently worked with this home owner to help her prepare her home for sale. The kitchen was dark and dated so I referred her to a company that paints cabinets. I chose Benjamin Moore Solitude for a soothing gray/blue color that goes perfectly with her wood trim. Next I chose an inexpensive but beautiful granite that picks up on the wood tones of her trim and wood floors. Finally I chose a luxury vinyl plank that looks like tile to replace the worn vinyl sheet flooring and brighten and update the space. The homeowner then moved her belongings out of the house and I brought in my staging inventory to complete the look! The result was multiple offers with a signed contract in just 3 days!
