Condo Renovation:

This was a total renovation of a 2,400 square foot condo that overlooks the sound in Manteo NC.  I redesigned a large oddly laid out full bathroom into create 2 full bathrooms which in turn created allowed 2 bedrooms to have en suites and added an additional full bath for the homeowner.  I assisted in choosing paint colors, flooring, vanities, plumbing fixtures, tile, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and lighting fixtures.  I then assisted in choosing the furnishings, artwork, area rugs, bedding for the condo keeping the beachy feel in mind.
