Thanks for the update, and thanks for all your help.  Your staging turned out better than I expected.  I'm particularly pleased with the white vase & flowers on top of the refrigerator.  When I first pointed out "that space looks a little bare," you said something about a plant or basket, and I thought that either a green plant or brown basket would look trite and yucky, but I couldn't think of anything else, so said OK.  What's there now is perfect, and when something looks just right, many people think, "well, yeah, that's obvious, I could've done it," whereas it's "obvious" only after someone else has done it.

Given the high praise everyone had, and that your cards were on the counter, I would think you'd better get staging requests or somebody's dropping the ball.  Possibly some Realtors (one said, "oh, I do my own staging" while her partner gestured to the LR saying "this is why sellers should do professional staging," LOL), and possibly sellers (another Realtor said, "I wish I could convince my sellers of lower-priced houses that they should stage, it makes such a difference")."    Copied from an email from a client:  2019
