Partially Furnished Home:

 This is a wonderful town-home in downtown Fredericksburg VA.  It has amazing architectural features that I wanted to draw out with my staging.  I used tall art and accessories to accentuate the vaulted ceilings.  In the before pictures you will see that the space feels a bit crowed, however the home is over 2,800 square feet.  I rearranged the homeowner's furniture so as to provide ample walking space through the main floor which helped to give a better feeling of the square footage of the home.  I also worked to create comfortable entertaining areas throughout the main level.

     The bedrooms in this town home are on the lower level so I worked to brighten up the rooms with light and bright fabrics.  I also removed some furniture to allow for the rooms to feel more spacious.  The baths are painted navy blue so I added white towels and some artwork and rugs to brighten the spaces up.          

    In the loft area, I created a bedroom space to allow for buyers to see the many possibilities this space has.  I dressed the built in bookcases and added a comfortable bed to the space.  I also drew out a possible floor plan for future renovation of the space into a master bedroom suite.
