Occupied Home Staged:

This project was an occupied home.  I consulted with the seller's prior to putting the home on the market.  I gave them advice on furniture placement and advice on which items to remove from the home and what to keep.  I also advised them to have the oustide of their home power washed and to give the shutters and trim around the front door a fresh coat of paint.  I suggested that they plant some annual flowers in the beds in front of the home to add some color.  After my consultation, the homeowner did most of the work.  They removed excess furniture to storage.  They made the changes to the front exterior of the home as well.  They did an amazing job and once they were finished, I arranged their remaining furniture and added some accent furniture from my collection, artwork, and accessories.  This home went under contract in just 4 days with multiple offers and sold above list price!
