Occupied Home Consultation:

This project was an occupied home.  I consulted with the seller's prior to putting the home on the market.  I gave them advice on furniture placement and advice on which items to remove from the home to help make the rooms look more spacious.  I also assisted with neutral paint color choices.  I guided the homeowner on inexpensive tips to update their master bath by suggesting they paint the oak vanity, replace the glass shower surround, and have the shower's tile surround re-glazed, a treatment that can bring new life to your tile and grout at a cost much less than re-tiling.  The homeowner hired contractors to complete the changes we discussed.  Prior to placing the home on the market, I added some accent accessories.  This home sold in just 4 days for $22,000 over the asking price for a record sale price in this neighborhood!  Check out the pictures of the finished project below!
