Vacant Spec Home:

 This project was a builder's spec home.  The home was vacant and the listing agent explained to me that buyers who toured the home were confused about where they would place their furniture in the open floor plan.  I staged the home to show how the open floor plan could be sectioned off using furniture to designate comfortable rooms within the open space. 

     There wasn't much buffer between this home and the neighboring home behind it so I added blinds and drapes to show potential buyers how they could achieve privacy and still keep the space light and bright.  The result was a success!  After being staged this home SOLD in under 30 days!
