Vacant Spec Home:

 This project was also a builder's spec home.  The floor-plan was very similar to Project 8 with a bit more square footage.  The home was vacant and once again buyers who toured the home were confused about where they would place their furniture in the open floor plan.  I staged the home to show how the open floor plan could be sectioned off using furniture to designate comfortable rooms within the open space.
