Vacant Renovated Home

This is an adorable renovated home that I staged for the Spring Market!  The investor did a wonderful job with the finishes on this home but it needed some furniture to warm it up.  The open floor plan is great but in a buyer's mind the big vacant open space can be confusing as to where they can place furniture.  By staging the home, the buyer can see how the space can work for them. This home went under contact in just 14 days!
