Sold in 3 Days for Full Price!

This home needed some love.  The seller could have chosen to put in on the market as is, but that would have resulted in a lingering listing that ended up selling below market value.  Instead they made some of the changes that I suggested to them.  I recommended that they take down some small awkward upper cabinets and paint the rest of the cabinets white.  I also recommended that they whitewash the fireplace to up date the look. Once the work was done, it was time for me to move the furniture in to warm the space up.  I also added drapes and sheers at the back of the house.  The sheers allowed light to flow in but gave privacy from the neighbors in the back.
