Vacant Home Staged:

This project was a vacant home.  I suggested painting the cabinets white and adding new hardware to brighten up the dark kitchen.  I also suggested removing the cabinets that were above the peninsula.  Another suggestion I had for the homeowner was to paint the fireplace white to help to lighten the room.  Once these changes were made I brought in my furniture and accessories to warm up the home.  I also added sheers framed by drapes on the windows in the family room and eat in kitchen to add some privacy but still allow the sunlight to brighten the space.  Upstairs I removed the small mirror in the master bath and centered a new mirror under the vanity lights.  I also added a white floral shower curtain to brighten the room.  The overall transformation made this place feel like home!  It was under contract after just 8 days on the market!
